The staff made our visit enjoyable by upgrading our room without extra charge, which was a nice surprise. The pool area was spacious, letting our kids splash around while we soaked up the sun. The ladies at reception were real gems, helping us with our bags and even giving us a heads-up on the best local spots to grab food.

The room was basic but spacious, and we had good sleep. There was a nice big balcony that let in natural light, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The soundproofing was decent. we didn’t hear much party noise even though it was a lively area. Shower pressure was good too. But the bathroom had a slight humidity issue that left it feeling a bit damp at times.

Unfortunately, my stay had some hiccups. The air conditioning in room 017 was problematic, failing to cool down adequately, which was a drag in the 34-degree heat. the pool could benefit from a good clean-up. I noticed bits of hair and trash accumulating by day's end. The common areas lacked a bit of upkeep, with a visible layer of dirt in some spaces. The rooms also exhibited a dated appearance, lacking that fresh, appealing feel for the price. On top of that, noise levels from guests passing by could be disruptive at times.

Had a pleasant experience overall with spacious rooms that provided great privacy. It was convenient to be near popular places like Café Mambo. not all amenities were up to modern standards and the nightlife noise sometimes disrupted our sleep.
